I'm A Knittin' Machine!!!
Okay, so I only have one FO. But that's merely because I am a total slacker at finishing. (The knitting is the fun part, anyway.)
These slippers are the "Comfy Slippers" by Barb Niedermaier, featured on the 2007 Knitting Pattern A Day Calendar. (January 3) They are a lovely multicolor yarn in the calendar picture, but I decided to give them texture, as well as color.
Mine are knit from about a skein and a half of Lion Boucle'. The color is Wild Berries. I think that saucy little pom-pon on top just makes the slipper, don't you?
I've also finished knitting the Speed Stix Sweater. But... You guessed it. It needs to be seamed.
Still, it looks pretty. All blue and stuff. And the texture is very interesting. I guess I'm all about the texture lately. I'll seam it up and post an action shot soon.
In my efforts to avoid seaming, I also knit all the pieces to this sweater. This is just the sleeve. It's Lion Brand Homespun, which I like very much because it's so soft.
Why am I knitting so much? The Colts and 24. So much in-front-of-the-TV time means I need something to do with my hands. Of course, when the Colts go to the Super Bowl, I'll be doing other things with my hands... wringing them, biting my nails, clapping, praying...

knitting in the round will let you avoid most seaming.
I like your speed stix sweater...and the homespun..but that blue in the first one is really gorgeous.
